Menurut dokter Irma Lidia, kekurangan dopamin bahkan bisa menyebabkan seseorang sulit konsentrasi dan kurang sigap. Jika durasi tersebut tidak tercukupi, maka akan mempengaruhi mood kita seharian. Ketika masa kuliah beberapa tahun yang lalu, saya pernah hanya tidur 3 jam akibat harus mengerjakan tugas perkuliahan dan skripsi. Wah seharian raut wajah saya muram, tidak bersemangat, merasa lemas dan lesu, juga mudah tersinggung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Zat gizi ini penting untuk menjaga bentuk, fungsi, cara kerja jaringan dan organ tubuh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asupan protein dalam tubuh sebaiknya lebih banyak daripada karbohidrat. Karena karbohidrat akan diolah menjadi glukosa, yang juga disebut sebagai gula darah. Dikutip dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.honestdocs.id\/kenali-sindrom-defisiensi-dopamine\">www.honestdocs.id<\/a> : diet tinggi gula dan lemak jenuh dapat menekan dopamin. Kekurangan protein dalam tubuh seseorang bisa berarti mereka tidak memiliki cukup l-tirosin yang merupakan asam amino yang membantu tubuh membangun dopamin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konsumsi makanan yang mengandung protein tinggi seperti telur, keju, daging sapi dan ayam tanpa lemak, ikan tuna, yoghurt dan susu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Studi yang dilakukan para ahli sebagaimana disebutkan dalam artikel di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/nn.2726\">Nature Neuroscience<\/a> menyatakan bahwa level dopamin naik 9% ketika mendengarkan musik yang disukai. Saya setiap pagi hari selalu memutar musik ceria upbeat yang memotivasi, bukan musik sedih tentang putus cinta ya!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Pernahkah misalnya kita melakukan aerobik atau yoga hanya 10 menit sehari, namun rasanya badan menjadi segar sehingga mood membaik? Nah, jika kita tidak sakit namun badan terasa lesu, bisa jadi kita hanya butuh berolahraga untuk menaikkan kadar dopamin kita. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Namun ternyata sinar matahari yang cukup dan tidak berlebihan dapat menaikkan dopamin lho! Hasil penelitian yang dimuat di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3819153\/\">Jurnal Psikiatri dan Neuroscience<\/a> menghasilkan bahwa ketika kulit menyerap sinar matahari sehingga tubuh memproduksi cukup vitamin D, maka proses itu mem-<em>boost<\/em> kadar dopamin dalam otak manusia. Begitupun sebaliknya, jika tidak cukup mendapat sinar matahari, maka seseorang bisa saja mood seseorang kurang baik. Saya jika seharian hujan dan tiada sinar matahari, pasti merasa ingin tidur terus, tidak termotivasi untuk melakukan apa-apa, bawaannya ingin nempel kasur dan peluk guling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
